My contract expired on the 27th June 2013 and I sent a cancellation form to Nashua Mobile to cancel the contract and cancel the SIM card a month before the contract expired. The contract was then cancelled, 2 weeks back I received a statement saying that I am billed R10.84 for Sim card insurance and clip. I contacted Nashua Mobile and was advised that it was a system error they will pass the credit and I won't pay that R10.84. Yesterday my bank account was debited with R10.84 by nashua mobile. What clip and sim insurance am I paying for as I have cancelled this 2months ago??? really now. This is so not proffessional. I wanted to take another contract with Nashua Mobile soon, but with this I doubt I will ever do business with them again.
