My cellphone contract was in November 2012 and I immediately blocked my sim card with Nashua Mobile. Luckily my contract ended as at the 30 November 2012. Ever since I have sent a letter of cancellation to Nashua twice with no response. I called them three times only to be told that my contract was cancelled but every month after I was billed with the contract amount. I called them again on the 01/02/2013 because I was billed again and the consultant did advise that the contract was cancelled but he was not sure why I was being billed. Now logically if I do not have a contract with you why are you billing me? I was told that my account will be credited at the end of Feb 2013. Hopefully my account will be credited and another concern is that will Nashua Mobile pay my bank charges because this was their mistake. I have contracts with other cellphone providers but have never had an issue like this. This is disgusting. Now I have to wait for my money which was taken without my permission from my account for no reason which in my eyes ins.
