While on roaming overseas I receieved numerous phone calls from cell c. They would call me up to 3 times in one day and leave voice messages, smses etc. When returning to SA I contacted the call center and explained what happened. Cell C knowing full right that I was overseas would continously call me knowing that i was being billed for all incoming and outgoing phone calls while on roaming.
On the 20th of August I recieved my bill from Cell C and saw a few questionable charges. I had still not heard anything from the query I had made 20 days earlier. I contacted the call center once again and spoke to the call center supervisor Mokgapi. I explained my situation to her and said that I would like some to call me by end of day Wednesday (21st of August) with an explanation to what happened while I was on roaming.
It is now Thursday (22nd of August) and no one has contacted me. I have not even recieved an email or sms.
Cell C I have been a customer of yours for close to 5 years now. I have had many bad experiances with you and feel that as I customer I am never heard. But now I am questioning the integrity of your company.
