NO SIGNAL IN TOWN

Believe it or not, but we dont have signal in the middle of town. I live in Valhalla in Centurion and I am really struggling with poor signal. I reported this matter on numerous occasions to Vodacom's "Customer Care" centre which each advisor PROMISE to get back to me with no avail. I am still waiting on all of them to come back to me.

It seem to be a problem in our area as my neighbour is also struggling with the same problem. She has been fighting this battle for the past 3 years already with no result. I started to work from home so I need to speak to clients on a regular basis. I pick up signal in 3 places in my house, one spot on the couch in the living room, but it happens very rarely, the second is in the bedroom and the 3rd is by the back door in the kitchen. I can not exactly set up my office in any of those locations?

Vodacom have done 1 thing good though, they installed an antenna to assist with the internet, but still it does not help with the calls. I have done some homework and know there is a thing called a REPEATER which will resolve the problem completely. I have struggled for 3 months to get the antenna, but I cannot do it ALL OVER AGAIN.
