I have two cell c contracts and one pre paid number. I am having endless difficulties with the internet connection and speed in my area. I am always calling the help desk and lodging complaints on the hello peter site but to no avail. This issue is really frustrating as the basic functionality of having a smart phone is dependent on the internet. What is the point of having a 3g phone if its continuously on EDGE or GSM. Cell C needs to wake the up and take recourse in providing better service delivery. It took me about 15 minutes just to load this hellopeter page. Seriously now!
