Unacceptable service

I want to change from an Anytime 750 contract to an Anytime 500 contract, but MTN tells me that I cannot carry over any of my airtime that I have on credit on the existing contract, I will loose all my credit airtime. This is unacceptable to me, because I paid for the airtme.
