I am very disappointed with your work quality.
I have been a loyal client for many years and this incidence saddens me.
My contract was migrated from the old mycall350 package to mtn anytime 100topup. Previous airtime was to be available as per mtnsp KLERKSDORP for 24 hours which was not the case. Airtime credit at that point was R433, 00 which immediately after migration was lost. I in turn then requested that the contract be cancelled with immediate effect and changed to pre-paid option upon which your call centre credit controller offered Credit to the value of R600.00 rand to my account which was done but upon discovery the very next evening the credit was removed from my account.
