Upgraded Contract

Hi there,

I upgraded my MTN contract last Friday (24-05-2013) which was exemplary however my credit from my existing contract was revoked, and further more I have no credit for my new contract (MTN AnyTime 200). Surely it doesn't take a week to credit me with my new contract and what happened to my existing credit? Will I be billed from the time that I had renewed my contract? This leaves me in a state of limbo and I personally am happy to pay a fee to upgrade my contract. Technically speaking, you need my business not vice-versa.
