MTN ANYTIME INNACURATE AIRTIME RECEIVED

My wifes contract was renewed 16 months ago, and I only recently logged in to MTN active. We upgraded to an ANYTIME 200 package and to my surprise, we were only receiving R100 airtime, while being billed for the ANYTIME 200 package. I called the MTNSP call centre, where the call centre agent logged a request for me.
I called back a few days later, and i still cannot receive any confirmation whether this issue was resolved or not.
I also needed to know whether i received the R100 airtime from the inception of the contract, and therefore would need to be re-imbursed the outstanding airtime.
