I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I make a monthly payment for a service which offers almost to none coverage. I've been with Cell C via Auto Page for several years now and never did I experience such bad reception than in the last 6 months. I am fed up with this as it becomes a safety concern to me. I travel countrywide for work and my family stays home, now I struggle to get hold of them due to poor coverage, in the East Rand??? Does not make sense. If there is an emergency we would not be able to communicate.
I wanna know what Cell C is going to do to rectify this and a.s.a.p.
