HOW DO I GET MY ACCOUNT REACTIVATED?

Still no feedback from Telkom. Sent through proof of payment NUMEROUS times. Hours a day on the phone. But Telkom still will not connect our ADSL even though it has been paid.
No one seems able or willing to assist in this matter. We have now been disconnected for two weeks despite payment being made.
PLEASE REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT NOW!
