Unlawful cancellation of sim no. is not resolved

I reported my number faulty. Vodacom accepts they deleted my number by mistake without informing me. I remain uncontactable, and unable to conduct email and cell phone banking for 22 days while being sent from pillar to post without a realistic solution. This is dispite writting a Hello Peter report 10 days ago reference no. PC-ZH18-8s054
