Incompetence throughout the company

I upgraded the contracted i had from a blackberry to samsung s4. Naturally the bis on the account was de-activated. I was unhappy with the s4 so i purchased a blackberry. I then contacted the call centre and asked them to activate the bis, they asked for a letter on the company letterhead with the request or referred me to the fordsburg branch. I then sent the requested letter to the branch where we spoke to a certain Ahmed. They promised that the bis would be activated within 24 to 48 hours and now 8 days have passed and the problem is not yet resolved.
Today i called the call centre to talk to a manager and my call was pushed around from pillar to post. i was refused access to talk to a senior manager. I currently have 4 to 5 contracts with autopage and i am so fedup that i just want to cancel all these contracts and move them over to another service provider.
The last guy, Rudy Strydom insisted on information and insisted he will help instead of honouring my request to talk to a manager. Do your managers not deal with clients? What are they there for?
i must admit that you have a bunch of incompetent staff working at your call centre who claim are senior but have no telephone skill
