I have been with out service since 9 August. Customer service from autopage has been despicable. Waiting for Supervisors to call back since the 16th. Cell C is also just rubbish. Calls going straight to voice mail and voice mail notifying me much later.
I have spent about 2-3 hours on the line with Autopage customer services. each person asking the same questions every time. Surely there is a log of my calls. I have one as all my calls are recorded. Should i put them on the net.
i want to cancel my contract with autopage and cell c and return to old faithful Vodacom even at double the price. i would like to think Autopage can make the arrangement for me so there will not be a charge on the remainder of the contract. I think the consumer protection act will be helpful.
What a disaste
