Hi Peter,

My cell phone contract expired in April so i had decided to let it expire as and choose an alternate provider as i had enough of Vodacom and the pathetic service.

So the end of april comes and Vodacom fails to debit the account midway through May i get informed that they will disconnect my account if payment is not made, so i call in they tell me i need to update my banking details (witch given its the same details they have had on file for 3 years) so i do and i make an arrangement for the double debit my account, fine all is good life goes on. So End of May arrives and what do you know vodacom fail to debit again, this time i am frustrated as how after so many years does this happen once my contract has expired was this all part of the some plan to keep me on board to keep me in arrears ect . so they send me an sms i need to pay R266 so i go into the vodacom shop there they tell me R450 is payable so i make payment but no one tells me that my number is deleted 48hours late still not connected i call in only to be told my number is deleted without warning and i need to go to legal.

Peter do something as i see that i am not the only one being bullied.
