Pathetic service from Vodacom as usual. Been three days since I emailed the copy of ID, pre-mature cancellation doc and proof of payment and the number is still not disconnected. I have been sent from pillar to post by the consultants at Cancellations, they claim they haven't received my documents when in essence my payment is reflecting and a reference number was generated. Here is the reference number EC-ZGI3-3J4VHX.. Its been more than 48 hours your so called turn around time and I have been turned around over and over. Maybe your turn around time means, for 48 hour and more we will turn your head around in frustrations. Please disconnect and make the number prepaid.
