In April I upgraded my contract to the R100 top up Samsung Galaxy Pocket
with the TV. 5 weeks later I had not received my TV, I went to MTN and said this unacceptable to wait so long for it come from Jhb. I changed contract to just the phone. However 4 months later I still do not have my credit or my TV. Every month I travel far to go check how muchlonger do I have to pay for something I do not have, double what I am supposed to pay. The lady at MTN PE headoffice said she only got the request to change it on the 15 August, Sindi in EL had not put my request through 3 months ago as I requested, UNBELEIVABLE. Now after my bitching and moaning because of their incompetence I have had lots of other forms to fill out, still got to pay the high amount this month. Not sure when I will gert my credit. We have 5 different contracts with MTN, but when we have to renew we are CANCELLING them and going somewhere else. I am beyond cross with these. Heaven help them if I do not get my credit by the end of the week as I was told.
