Unsatisfying treatment/Service

Last week Sunday on the 20th October 2013 i went to Ackermans store in Soshanguve to buy clothes for our little one. My account was on credit of R 180.00 plus and i requested a credit increase after buying what i wanted to buy. The guy who helped me phoned their head office and i spoke to this guy who confirmed that my request has been declined. When i ask him how is that because i'm paying my account every month and i've been receiving sms's to come to the store for a credit increase and couldn't make it due to some work commitments. The guy said they don't have any records of sms's shown on their system that messages was sent out to me and i ask him to explain why they declined my request.

He said i don't have instalment raise and this is really amazing me because according to the way i pay Ackermans i pay more than what i supposed to pay in a month but they failed to serve me as their loyal customer. Now they told me to wait another 6 months and i don't understand why i have to wait for such a long time just for credit increase. Who qualifies for credit increase in your store?
