I recently damaged my phone and had to put in a claim for repairs after trying several times to get threw to the call center and speak to a human being (who told me that my claim was declined). I finally got holed of an email address of one of there staff that helped me when i was trying to apply for insurance Mr Jabu Radebe. He handled my claim fast and speedy. The Currier are on there way to fetch my phone for repairs, didn't thought it would be that quick, just want to say thank you to Mr Radebe and everyone else involved. Great service it definitely restored my faith in MTNSP.
