I have a contract with MTN inwhich i'm supposed to received R100 airtime, 150MB & 25sms every month for a Samsung SIII. To my surprise for the past 3 months or so they will forget to transfer one of these or credit the R100 airtime & in a space of an hr R99 will disappear.
i have logged queries on a monthly basis & logged a fault & they tend to refund a portion of the airtime but noone ever gets back to me regarding the real issue.
this month they decided to credit only 25 smses & when i call them they insist that i received the airtime & MB & used it on internet. i have checked my phone usage & i never received it & i have used 48MB between the 14 - 20th of December. i have left messages for the managers to call me & noone is getting back to me & today i finally managed to speak to one of them who told me that there is nothing they can do neither can their billing department help.
is this a joke??????
i pay my instalment on a monthly basis & i have never skipped one & this is the service that i get??
am i supposed to wait for January for the same thing to happen?
exactly what am i paying R350 for??
MTN is taking people for a ride & their service
