As usual I renewed my contract early April 2013 (expiry date according to me 30 April) upon their prompt to do so. All was fine until June, when suddenly I was double charged for the handset. This occurred again in July. Upon enquiry I was initially told it was done in error and credit note would be issued. Two months later I received sms that my account was in arrears and that my phone would be blocked. I once again contacted them and after numerous further enquiries I was finally told that no credit was due as I had renewed my contract "early" and therefore I had to pay for the old handset for the full 24 month period.
Who in their right mind would knowingly renew a contract 2 months early only to be double charged!? Bearing in mind this process was followed on 3 previous occasions and never was I double charged.
BAD EXPERIENCE - I have now terminated my contract (at great cost due to it being a fairly new contract). Never again Nashua Mobile - I will also recommend that we cancel our corporate contract with you.
