Cell C
Still waiting on response on a cell phone purchase

Hi There,

I opened up a contract with Cell C on, Tue 2013/07/23 05:10 PM, the Sale Reference: SPI003925364. The sales agent told me it takes a minimum of 7 working days to have the handset delivered, forgetting to mention to me that they were out of stock. I then enquired two weeks later, about the handset and still nothing has been followed up upon, no call from the call centre explaining to how long it will take to get the handset, no manager calling to apologise for the long wait or inconvenience. It now almost a month, how long is one suppose to wait to get feedback from them???

Very unprofessional from such a "BIG" company and leading name brands in the country.

They have bad customer service and no sense of how to communicate with new clients. Very disappointing
