Nashua Mobile
Makes all excuses to your money

Given the despicable service I received from this company for the past two years, I decided to cut ties with them. On June 26 2013 I wrote them a letter that I was not going to renew my contract, which was coming to an end on 14 July 2013. Lilani Venter contacted me by e-mail the same day for clarity and I told her that I was going to renew my contract. On the 27th June 2013 I received from Marisa Smit two forms Tariff Migration and Cancellation of Subscription forms which I completed, scanned and e-mailed to them.By sending me the forms clearly meant they understood I was cancelling my subscription. On 24 July 2013 I paid R333.00 of the total amount I owed them. On August 5th I received a statement that I owed them R197.73 which was clearly a premium for the new contract cycle. Meanwhile my request for termination of my contract was resolved, but the request for migration to prepaid was [deferred] as I owe them R257.33. I refuse to pay for a service I am not utilising. I got the lamest excuse form one Tebogo who said I was contracted until the end of the month as the request was unclear whether I wanted to keep the number or not. UNCLEAR my foot! Keep your number then.
