In June this year, I upgraded my MTN Cellphone Contract to one of their advertised offeres where you received a Samsung Hand Galaxy phone and a Samsung 32" television. I upgraded my contact at the MTN Store, Fourways Mall Branch.

I have received very poor service from this MTN Branch and to-date, I have still not received delivery of the TV even though I have been paying the increased monthly installments for the Upgrade.

I have contacted the store manager on numerous occasions and nothing has been resolved. The staff at this branch are very unhelpful and do not return your phone call when they have promised to do so. Yesterday we went back into the branch to again inquire on the delivery of this TV and the staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and said that this was not his problem.

I am very annoyed that I am paying for a contract which has not been fulfilled by MTN.
