I became due for my two yearly cell phone upgrade and visited the local branch of MTN at River walk Three Rivers and signed up for another two year contract on one of their special package which includes a Samsung Television.
This upgrade took place on 1 June 2013 and on 19 June still no delivery of the TV took place. Adilla at the branch was visited and she apparently send an e mail to someone regarding the delivery of the TV.
Still no delivery by the 25 June and she was visited again and she phoned a call center and spoke to a certain Hlengiwe with the reference number 2293073 (TV follow up) who would have contact me re the delivery but as at todays date nothing had happen.
I'm of the opinion that MTN is in breach of contract for not delivering as promised and that the upgrade contract can't be met and necessary amendment of the contract should happen.
