I have logged 5 cases now with Telkom and I have had no luck in getting my line fixed.
It started before 6 August when I logged my first problem.
I'm on a 4mb uncapped account with Telkom and i'm not even getting a 1mb line speed.
Everytime they just send an sms and state that the fault has been resolved and guess what!!!
Nothing has changed since the day I logged the first fault.
Please can someone get in touch as i'm tired of phoning Telkom every second or so day to log the same fault over and over and over.
I'm paying for a service which I don't get at all.
Unacceptable!!!
06/08/2013 - Neville assisted and reset my port! No Luck! Said I must log a case with ADSL support!
11/08/13 - Nomvula - 146CTK110813 - Nothing after that - just resolved???
14/08/13 - Bokhelwa - 907CTK1408/13 - Nothing after that - just resolved???
19/08/13 - Charl from TelkomZA @ MyBB re-created the fault as the technician just closed the case when it was still faulty!!! Fault resolved!! NOT!!
21/08/13 - Mahudi - Went a bit more the extra mile to try and find the fault but said it is a line fault!!! Hopefully the case won't be closed AGAIN before the fault has been resolved!!!
