Information that was not provide to my attention

I have data contract with vodacom when I took it out the contract I said to them I will only get my salary end of the month. In june my debit order jumped and it August as well in june they they tried to debit me on the 28th last working day okay all fine. But I do not have my salary yet so. As I said to them I only getting it on end off the month my salary. So on saterday I was at the ABSA bank at greentone and they saw on the they system that all my debit has not been moved from my saving to my current account so August is sorted and they helped me sort that out. We phoned vodacom about this as NO one can help me with june problem as they all say last working day that why.but that is no the sulotion as now vodacom has me so stressed out as I hate really hate if my name is in the mud and I feel like sort of criminal as I owe vodacom lots of money. Second thing they never let me know when the first debit dit not go of and automatically made me cash payer with no notifications or phone call nothing. So now I made arrangement to take full lot of outstanding moneys on the first on saterday. Today I get phone call and now they wanna block my sim or blacklist it.my respone.
