An MTN Agent confirmed they will only let me pay a pro-rata this month and decucted far more, It was my premiu m and an extra amount, suddenly when I phoned in they confirmed the extra amount was a mistake so if I didn't phone what was gonna happen with that my money. My biggest concern is why must I pay more then my premium when I was told that I'm only gonna pay a pro-rata, I can't be blamed for your incompetence
