Vodacom
Mislead

On the 7th of June 2013 me and my wife went to the vodaworld in Midrand to open new contracts. After a LONG struggle we finally recieved the phones. A Blackberry Bold 9790 and a Sony Xperia Z. On Saterday the 8th of June 2013 we recieved a sms regarding a debit order deduction on the 9th. I phoned Vodacom to clarify what was going on because I NEVER was informed instore about any extra debit orders. I only signed the debit order form for deductions on the 1st of every month. The consultant I spoke to on Saterday said the only debits she could see on the system was the one I signed for. Today the 12th of June 2013 at 19:35, R598.81 was deducted from my account for vodacom. I am FURIOUS!!! Nobody informed me of any additional costs in store. I was mislead by vodacom!!! I live in Thabazimbi, and for me to take time off from work to return the phones will cost me more or less the same amount they deducted. This is totally unexeptible from vodacom. Ive been with vodacom more than 11 years to date... But this means nothing to them. I will not ever recomened anyone to go for vodacom...
