NEED TO CANCEL ASAP

From my previous message I have been trying to cancel my cell c accounts for a few months. As there is time left on the account I need to pay out the oustastanding amount I understand that. As I am out of the country my mother on my behalf gave an email in at the Vincent Park branch in EL asking for the oustanding amount and cancellation of the account. This was sent off... and AS USUAL NO RESPONSE. On returning to the store, she was given the amount which was paid immediately. Cell c have now responded Via Sipho who has said the amount was not enough as it did not include amounts for May and thus cannot be cancelled. In addtion i must provide written proof (which came from THEIR STORE) THAT THE AMOUNT INCLUDED MAY

I have tried to get a response but get reffered to "the email below explaining why the account cannot be canceLLED. I have asked before and will ask again CAN SOMEONE MORE SENIOR AND HELPFUL FROM CELL C RESPOND

WHY AM I LIABLE FOR MAY AMOUNTS WHEN I CANCELLED IN APRIL
WHY MUST I PORVE THE AMOUNT PROVIDED INCLUDED MAY WHEN CELL C PROVIDED THE AMOUNT
IF I PAID WHAT I WAS TOLD TO, WHY IS IT MY FAULT IF IT IS WRONG

THIS IS COSTING ME MONEY
