Discovery cash back and incorrect contract

On the Wednesday, August 07, 2013 9:00 AM I contacted Clinton Neil after numerous mails with Candis at Kenilworth Autopage, she has cc'ed me in all he mails, I have been struggling to get my account sorted out with Autopage since December 2012

I upgraded my package, I took the package with the 240 anytime minutes, there was weekend minutes, 300 sms and 300 data.

This was a special in December pamphlet. I have never been billed correctly since December. I was charged a R1000 just for data one month which is not correct.

I have never received my discovery cash back since December 2012 for 0833767031 cell. They still had me on bis and I had a samsung and I was been charged for sms.

Each time I speak to Candis, who has been trying her best to assist me she forwards the responses and the feedback she is getting is unless because all they say is they are working on it.

I am really tired of mailing and calling and following up but nothing is been done.

I want my whole account audited and I think it is pathetic that you accounts department cannot find a copy of the December promo.
This month I have been charged for smses, phone, calls and sms's & I have not used my free minutes!!
