Misrepresented Contract & Fees, Broken phones

I had taken 2cell contracts with 8TA a year ago and from week 1 there have been many problems. The phones were broken, never functioned well, there was never any signal, I had been told the contract was a top-up but then later got told it was not and I had to pay an additional amount to convert to top up. I have been to the store monthly to have my contract truthfully ammended, the phones repaired, data restored and each month its the same thing. NO-ONE can competently sort this out. I am always left without a cellphone, without data and get returned an even more damaged phone. I have evidence of all of this. Four cellphones replaced - all with factory defects - I really dont think so. Its the pathetic service and attitude of these people and this company that has a business plan to obviously rob people of their money by lying about contracts, phones and repairs. They have even went as far as debiting more than they supposed to ito the contracts. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - I do not wish this frustration upon anyone and advise to never ever go to 8TA for cell service or phones. They are misrepresenting and mistreating the public.
