During 2010-2011 I requested 2x Contracts phones from Cell C. The phones were a Nokia E5 and a Blackberry 8520 Curve. Both phones were delivered (RAM) and recieved. However, the Blackberry 8520 had a factory fault, coz when I charged the phone, the battery heated up and the phone never switched on. I called Cell C and requested via e-mail that the contract be cancelled and the phone should be collected. The same delivery company (RAM) also collected the phone. From then to date Cell C have been debiting my account for a Contract Blackberry phone that I returned and never used. It is almost two year's and the Contract will be due for upgrade. My concern is why should Cell C charge me for a phone that I never used or recieved? On 06 May 2013, Cell C allocated me Cas no 3050602781 as a ref no to track the progress. To date nothing happened but my account is still being debited. I'm frustrated and disturbed as I had 3 Contracts with Cell C prior to this incident. I should be compensated or refunded my money back ASAP.
