I was called by a fone choice consultant on the 23.04.2013, promoting their phones and he told me that the phones can be delivered to me and if I do not like the phones I can just call them and the phones will be collected. On the 26.04.2013 I received the phones, I did not like the phones and I called Fone choice on the 29.04.2013 to come and collect the phones and cancel the deal.
Noone came to collect the phones and my account was being debited for phones I did not want, I kept on calling Fonechoice to come and fetch their phones and they kept on promissing me that it would be done in 5 to 6 days. I returned the debit orders. One the 17.07.2013 I wrote an email complaining that they must stop debiting my account and come collect their phones. Finally on the 19.07.2013 the phones was collected.
On the 25.07.2013 I was getting calls from Fone choice stating I owe them and I need to pay, I called again and I wrote another email, I was advised that the memory card was missing and I should pay for it. I done that and I emailed the proof of payment. They promissed me that it is all in order now and the account will be closed. TODAY 17.09 I GOT A LETTER FOR FINAL DEMAND.
