I lodged a complaint (YYT-9534-2310) on 23.10.2013 regarding being charged for an account without my knowledge and that, after numerous phone calls, being refused a refund - that after the call centre and one of the branch employees admitted that procedures were not followed and that according to them Nashua Mobile was at fault.
The response I got was that the records show that I signed for both contracts and that I picked up both phones. This makes me look like an - obviously the matter was NOT investigated properly!
Furthermore, it also stated that I would be contacted by someone to discuss the matter, but have not received a call to date... I know I signed for both contracts and also collected the phones at separate occasions. The reason I got the second phone, was because the branch told me I could give my (cheap) phone back for a more expensive contract. Obviously this was very very easy, because as long as they make more money, who cares, right? We'll, the first one was supposed to be cancelled. I don't need two contracts and that was NEVER the intention. I returned the phone and it was kept at the branch for more than a YEAR without being booked back!
