In Nov 2012 cell c head office phone me to upgade my contract that i've had for over 7yrs. when i received the package it was noted that it was a new contract and not just an upgrade. i told them if they can fix it i will keep it if not they must come and fetch!! after alot of calls and just going from the one to the other they phone me in JANUARY to cancel the transaction and to fetch the phone ref TT 1301160000160190. It's August 2013 The phone has not been collected! and i got a bill of R1500!!! Cell c must give me proof that they cleared the bill and then they must fetch the phone - but i first want proof that they are clearing this account. as i phoned with in 3days and are NOT liable for any cost according to the national credit act as it was there error not mine!!! Please get an manager to contact me as i am tired of speaking to consultants 'thant wil just look into it and call me back then nerver do!!!
