They called me and told me that i qualify for an upgrade and when i got the upgrade they started charging me for the old phone as well as the new one. now i am stuck having to pay for both phones and this was not explained to me when i was advised that i should take out an upgrade. i have since called in on numerous occasions looking for them to please come and take back the upgrade as i no longer want the phone, the consultants on the line keep telling me that they are logging a call and someone will contact me in 48hrs to come and fetch the phone but nothing ever happens!! I told one of the consultants that i will take the phone to one of the branches and she advised that i can do so. Upon going to the CellC store in Traderoute mall they advised that they cant take the phone as they are a franchise and because i bought the phone telephonically someone must come and collect the phone from me but i am having trouble because no one is coming!!! i am so sick and tired of having to struggle and fight with consultants over the phone all i want is for them to come and fetch their phone, i have not used the phone and wish to be reimbursed for the money that was taken from my account!
