I underwent two cataract operations with full authorization from my medical aid, Sizwe Hosmed. They confirmed that I would not have to pay anything extra, as the costs are fully covered by them. The hospital, Pretoria Eye Institute, submitted the claims to them, but now they refuse to pay the account. They only paid a small amount, which the hospital cannot find on their statements.

The hospital has sent several emails, and I have also sent emails, but there has been no reply and still no settlement of the account. Please help!
