Since the beginning of May I have been trying to get Telkom to cancel my ADSL on my phone line. I have reported it, got a reference number, but every new month I get another bill. I phone them again, waited another 15minutes on the line, reported again, they said they see that I have canceled, but still nothing happened. Went to their shop in Somerset-Mall, no luck. So let this be a warning to all potential Telkom ADSL user, once in, no way out.
