FETCH YOUR PHONE AND STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

Cell C delivered the wrong phone and i called on the day the phone was delivered for it to be collected. and BEHOLD its 3 weeks later and the phone is still not collected. Oh to make it worse you guys have managed to debit my account for a contract that is 1. not activated 2. in theory should be cancelled. I mean every time i call no one seems to know what needs to happen. I keep getting told that the couriers will fetch the phone, 3 weeks and they have not fetched this phone. so now we going into the next month and you will debit my account again. I am not allowed to speak to any supervisors nor am i allowed to get cc'ed in any escalating emails. PLEASE FETCH YOUR PHONE, CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY.
