I must say I am extremely impressed once again by the awesome way in which you manage to rip off people and get away with it. I cannot wait to change my service provider as Vodacom no longer cares to retain any of their clients. Even if their clients have shown great loyalty towards them and have spent copious amounts of money throughout the years.
I guess now you have received enough money from me and no longer need to treat me as a good client. No problem as I am changing service providers ASAP!!
I have been having an internet problem for the past 2 months where the reception was so slow that it literally ate at least 20 minutes or more before I could reach a new page. Because of this I could not make proper use of my internet that I PAY FOR as it was slower than cancer! Yet forbid, should a payment be late your account will be suspended! Well I'm not paying this month as your "product" did not do me justice! CONSUMER RIGHTS
