I am a Vodacom fan/subsriber for the past 7 years, but the service I have been receiving the last 3 weeks is terrible to say the least. For the past 3 weeks, I have been struggling to make calls for private and business use. I work for a lawyer and therefore I have to make several calls a day to clients using our 2 Vodacom cellphones. Our phones show that we have reception inside and outside the building, but when making a call a message displaying "your call could not be connected " appears. What will happen if I need to make an emergency private call and this shows. I am highly disgusted in our "Service provider" and today was the last straw. I have decided that I will be changing my service provider next year. You hear adverts on radio and TV promoting a "Pay R5.00 and talk for a hour" promotion, but when it comes to people like us, who pay our contracts every month accordingly, we receive this! Please sort this problem asap as you will be losing more clients to your oppositions.
