Vodacom - No Service and Not Providing

Dear All
Since June 2012 we have been experiencing very poor or no signal at all in Midstream Estates, especially the Midlands and Midfield sections.
Vodacom should have foreseen that there would be a demand for reception. We have 90% of the time no cell phone signal and cannot use our 2gig to access the internet. There are a lot of people working from home, and due to lack of signal find this very difficult to do so.
I have been informed that Vodacom is aware of this, but that is not good enough. The estate needs more towers and the residents need proper cell phone reception and internet access. I have also been told to log a call. WHY? If Vodacom is aware of the problem and urgent need for proper reception in Midstream, why do I have to log another call? Many others have also logged calls...
I would appreciate it if Vodacom can act and ensure that there is proper reception. At this time there is no service and no provider.
