Not a satisfied client

Firstly i would like to know from vodacom why they have this attitude that we are clients and that we owe them.
I have been a client of vodacom for more than 13 years and have never in my life thought that i was just a number till today

If you want me to go to another server please don't contact me and i have over the years spent a lot of money with vodacom and have used more money on my pay as you go than a lot of your clients that have contracts with you

This morning you took R4755.00 out of my account with out even contacting me, are you also a dictator

Then you deny me a new contract and all the money i have spent with you and never even got a thank you or any promotional service from you

Check the amount i have spent with you over the years i think its time you maybe start looking after clients like me
