A Blackberry 9320 was upgraded in July 2012. Over the last month the phone started rebooting itself up to 25 times per day. When we make calls to the Blackberry it go to voicemail immediately and starts to reboot.
My son is a Game Rancher and needs the phone to communicate with his supervisors. He lives 2 hours drive from the nearest Vodocom outlet.
Vodacom Oudtshoorn has not been very helpful. They want to give a loan phone that cannot work with whatsapp as that is the mode of communication.
