Firstly there is never any network reception. When I took the phone to a cell c outlet, the phone was returned with all data and talk time gone and the problem still persisted. The call center takes forever to answer (which had to be dialed from a vodacom sim card because I can't make calls with the cell c number). By far the worst service ever rendered.
