I understand that every network drops calls sometimes, but I have emailed Cell C to inform them of my complaint and I had no response.

I now simply accept that if I have to make a call I must drive to Lonehill shops up the road. When people try to call me their call usually goes straight to my voicemail because my phone has drifted out of signal. Every, every, every single time I make a call the person on the other end tells me they can't hear me. My smses often don't send due to bad signal.

My contract is with Autopage, but the network is Cell C, so for all intents and purposes, this is Cell C's problem, not Autopage's.

I considered buying a getting 3G data from Cell C since they have good deals, but it would be completely useless in Lonehill. Pity. I use Vodacom and 8ta for my data instead (although 8ta I have been having issues with lately).

I gave cell C the benefit of the doubt my extending the contract. If the signal in my area is not resolved soon I will simply have to switch to Vodacom shortly and not renew any contract that uses the Cell C network. My patience is running thin. Too many dropped calls.
