Signed up with Cell C two months ago, what a BIG MISTAKE, their network is terrible all over Johannesburg
- No signal - so many times I look at my phone and it says "CELL C unavailable"
Bad signal - takes forever to make a call and when I do quality is terrible (SO frustrating!!!)
- Data network is sooo slow, reminds me of dial-up days or it just times out " unable to authenticate with proxy
server"
I phoned the call center" their response " we are aware of the problem it has been like this for months we are working on it"
really???
Tried to cancel but they want to charge me a R 3500.00 cancellation fee
Vodacom and MTN might be a bit more expense but trust me stay AWAY from cell c
