I called Mtn in December to cancel my contract I was told its been top up an if they cancel it I will loose the airtime which is loaded I than was told to use it than cancel my contract I did that tried to call them they take down my number ask for a for digit pin I give it to them an after that im told they gonna put me through to cancellations an I wait for a consultant an that's it I just wait an I tried numerous times to get through I held on once for 30 minutes literally an till this moment still trien to cancel it
