VODACOM NOT BLACKLISTING DEVICE

I am highly dissapointed in the poor performance by Vodacom in having a device blacklisted. Not only did i have to endure the trauma of being robbed but then had to endure the constant incompetence by Vodacom in having a device blacklisted. If i were a i would recommend you only Vodacom devices as they do not blacklist them.

I find this type of service nothing short of being plain poor. I have called Vodacom, submitted all documents, provided proof of purchase etc, still, no ITC number. Still someone has the benefit of the device i still pay for.

It is service like this that makes one wonder about changing providers. It is simple, i need the device blacklisted so i can proceed with my insurance claim, endless calls later, still no ITC number. This is not acceptable service, poor does not come close to describing this type of service from a huge service provider such as VODACOM.
